We use the most effective solutions in the field of psychology of the teaching process.
We design the "Interpersonal Communication" training in accordance with our original learning model (developed on the basis of research by Kurt Lewin and David Kolb), which consists of the following stages:
- Putting the Participant in a situation requiring the activation of interpersonal communication skills. 4GROW Cycle based on the Kolb and Kurt Lewin Cycle
- Analysis and drawing development conclusions from the situation, defining the Participant's needs and motivators for development in the area of interpersonal communication
- Transferring techniques and provoking the creation of interpersonal communication techniques
- Supporting the Participant in adapting an interpersonal communication technique or tool to the situations he encounters in life
- Practicing with the Participant an interpersonal communication technique or tool in a real or experimental situation (hot seat, role-playing)
- Supporting the Participant in drawing conclusions from experience and correcting interpersonal communication techniques or tools

Termin gwarantowany - oznacza, że dostawca nie dopuszcza możliwości odwołania tego szkolenia.
